About Role
Arinox AI is seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Analyst to support our Business Development and Client Solutions teams. This role will be at the intersection of business analysis, client solutioning, sales enablement, and presentation design. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to translate client needs into structured solutions, develop sales SOPs, and build compelling pitches that drive our growth in enterprise and government AI transformation projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn directly from a fast-scaling AI Foundry while gaining end-to-end exposure to consulting, solutioning, and sales processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, pre-sales, or client solutioning (internships included).
Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to structure client problems.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, AI, or digital transformation (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Support business analysis by capturing client requirements and mapping them into solution frameworks.
Assist in client solutioning—helping structure proposals, use cases, and proof-of-concept designs.
Create high-quality presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored for enterprise and government clients.
Contribute to sales process documentation (SOPs) and ensure alignment with internal teams.
Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen solution narratives and positioning.
Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure solution accuracy and readiness.
Maintain a repository of best practices, templates, and reusable content for faster deal cycles.
